My property is close to the stray in high Harrogate, close to schools, busses, train station, hospital and doctors within 5 min walk? also an abundance of takeaways!! There are 5 bedrooms 3 up 2 down. We have a large back garden and a small front garden with gated drive. We live in a quiet area with no trouble or troublesome neighbours-teenagers ect ( it?s almost boringly quiet. The kitchen is a good size but NOT massive it will NOT fit a table in however there is a separate dining room (it isn?t suitable as a sixth bedroom as the doors for the back of the house are in it, we currently have a very large 6 seater table, a chest freezer and a play kitchen so plenty of room for large family meals. what I need LARGE 4 bed or 3 bed with separate dining room (NO box rooms) in RIPON ONLY not macdonalds nor macolls side of town. from the cathedral to army camp, north road ect Please, please don?t offer anything that doesn?t exactly match what Im looking for NO multi swaps
