We have a 4 bed converted 5 bed in tadworth it is a corner house and has a large garden that shapes around the entire back of house carpark to side of garden .
Downstairs living room with gas fireplace this room looks out to garden with a door also to get into garden ,modern kitchen then a separate room was dinning room now 5th bedroom window looking onto garden, down stairs hallway with w.c and shower .
We also have another room downstairs which has another door leading out to the other side of garden this could be used as office or dinning room play room choice is yours .
We have separated garden into two sections one for dogs one for kids kids section has built into ground trampoline .
Up stairs are 4 bedrooms two large one meduim one small and a bathroom with shower and bath
We want to stay in tadworth and are looking for a smaller but not tiny easy maintained garden and inside bedrooms need to be good sized option for dinning room to be a 4th bedroom .
We have health issues so are looking for a home that is decorated to nice standard as we can not keep doing DIY so looking for something already done nicely
