Hi we only want Cornwall coast or countryside no built up areas and would consider a semi detached HOUSE or bungalow with 3 bedrooms 2 if the property has a separate dinning room ? we have a 4 bedroom townhouse with 2 double bedrooms and a wet room on the first floor, the second floor has again 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom with bath sink and toilet, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, also 2 very large storage cupboards on the second floor, there is a stair lift to the first floor which can be removed if not needed, on the ground floor we have a large kitchen-dinner big enough for a six seater, living room is at the back of the house with french doors leading to a big patio garden that backs onto Southwark park nature reserve
 There is side access as end of terrace with private drive front lawn with a eatting apple tree that our children have grown up with and loved but they have now left for university so feel the need to downsize and relocate due to severe health issues
 We have lived in Ann Moss way for over 32 years and we are 1 of only 3 homes owned by southern housing ,all over properties are privately owned, very quite area you would not believe we are only 1 mile from tower bridge so excellent transport and shopping also great schools, a must if you want your children to continue to higher education as we did we are open to a multi swap but are only interested in Cornwall coast or countryside no built up areas, our only real stipulation would be a large garden so we can continue to be semi self sufficient
