This description first explains what I have then following that is what I need.I have a 3 story 4 bedroom newer build home. Ground floor has decent sized living room, decent sized downstairs toilet, large kitchen plenty of cupboard space and there is enough space for a dinning table and then also under stair storage that has built in shelves.Middle floor has 3 bedroom 2 larger room and 1 smaller room also the family bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Top floor has master bedroom with en-suite which has a walk in shower also 2 large walk in cupboards 1 is accessible from in the master bedroom while the other is opposite the master bedroom so plenty of storage.At the front of the house there’s a small grassed area and a driveway with space for 2 cars. The back garden is accessed from the kitchen and it’s also accessible via a side gate down the side of the house. The garden is fully fenced in with 6 ft fence, the garden has a patio section straight from back door then a smaller picket fence that leads on to grass section with wooden shed at the end of the garden.I’m looking for a 2/3 bedroom house or bungalow. The home must have a separate dining room. downstairs toilet, decent sized living room, fully enclosed back garden and must allow pets. No steps to access the home is preferred but not a deal breaker as a ramp can be made. Preferred location is Home Lacey Road but will consider other parts of the lower bullingham area. No flats at all - Must be south side Hereford
