Hi i have a very large 4 bedroom house in Beverley it is in a very quiet area and only a few minutes walk into town. There is a drive for parking and a small front garden and big back garden. Plenty of schools near by and a newly built college. Also a cinema and leisure centre. We have a large lounge with separate dining room . The kitchen is a decent size with a utility room. Also there is a wet room with toilet and sink plus downstairs toilet. Neighbours are all lovely and there is a small park on the street for youngsters. I have been in this property since it was built 18 years ago and only moving as i need to downsize.
