This is a large 4 bedroom town house with garage and a parking space in front of the garage. A low maintenance back garden with astro turf and patio, front garden has patio and grass. It has 3 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom (down stairs) all bedrooms have built in cupboards which are built into the walls so you dont loose space in the bedrooms, separate dining room with built in storage cupboard and we also have utility room. A upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and toilet and a 2nd toilet downstairs. I have lived here for 7 years and the house has had a new bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, windows, doors, celings. We are looking for a 3 bedroom with separate dining room, 4, or 5 bedroom in buckskin and close surrounding areas, we will consider multiswaps.
