I live in alloa which is central scotland it's 30 minutes to Edinburgh and 30 mins to Glasgow there is also a train station 5 mins in a carvor 10 mins walk it only takes 8 mins to get to Stirling train station which is just a wee walk into stirling town centre the train also goes to Glasgow central station. I have a 4 bedroom house 2 single rooms and 2 double rooms there's a bathroom upstairs which has the bath in it downstairs is living room good size kitchen is also dining room all open kitchen is big the bathroom downstairs is a wet room atm as I'm disabled I find it difficult to go up the stairs so that has a shower in it it's half doors with shower curtain toilet and sink also in there decent size back garden front has driveway gas central heating I have a gas cooker which I could leave if it's all electric in Fort william my son lives in the plantation with my health issues he wants me closer so he can help I would like one level but also consider house 2 bedrooms
