I have a four bedroom ground floor flat. Which consist of four large sized bedrooms throughout. Two toilets and one bathroom. Two storage cub boards. An open plan lounge kitchen. Outside of the property are three otherwise flats and a communal garden which is only used by one tenate who has children. Lovely quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, a children’s playground 1minute away. Train station less then 5min walk and local food stores at hands. Great location and easy to get around but still away from the hustle and bustle. I am needing to move back to London for family support with the children I would be happy with a four bedroom however if a three bedroom with a dining room become available I would consider taking as long as I can be closer to family support. Prefered areas north or east London
