Hello! I hope this meets you well. I am currently residing in a 3 bedroom maisonette in South East London. I am looking for a house, flat or maisonette on the ground floor with 3-4 bedrooms and this can be within any area within 5 -7 mile radius from London. The area that we are living in is amazing, i?ve lived here with my family for 14 years. This is a great area it has, 4 close transportation options such as : 3 minute walk to Canada Water Station and Bus garage, 6-7 minute walk to Bermondsey station, 5 minutes to Rotherhithe rail station and 5 minutes to Surrey Quays station. Various different amenities in the area such as a local kids park, seven island leisure centre , local library and many supermarket stores. In 2015 our kitchen, toilet and bathroom was completely renovated. Also in 2022, all of our windows were also renovated to double glazing. This is a very quiet and friendly area which is suitable for younger children. There are also many different schools in the area.
