3 Bed Midland Heart for exchange for BCC House

I have a very nice and well maintained 3 bedroom Midland Heart Housing Association House in a grove in Ward End. It has a large L-shaped living room, kitchen, hallway upstairs and downstairs, plenty of storage space, 2 Double bedrooms and 1 small (still able to fit a single bed and wardrobe). I have an upstairs toilet/bath and then a separate toilet downstairs too. We have a parking space out front on the drive and a spacious back garden that I’ve recently done up.
Location wise we are only a few mins drive to Fort Shopping my centre and Castle Vale. The main road is also walking distance and has the bus tops for city centre etc. also on the same road there’s plenty of shops, a doctors surgery, dentist, library, fire station and park.
I’m looking to move into a Birmingham City Council house and a 3 bed. Ideally want to stay quite local as I have my parents close by but would consider other areas for the right house.
