i have a big 3 bedroom house, which is in a cul de sac close, with large kitchen/diner and french doors that open onto a decking which is a south facing garden which is about 34ft x 18ft, 3 large sized bedrooms (no box rooms here) and a large livingroom., a spacious hallway and landing and a newly fitted bathroom which was done june 2024 and also a loft, im in freshbrook swindon in the sn5 area, £480.00 a month with swindon borough council, there is a gp surgery, chemist dentist, tesco express, nursery, primary and junior school within 10 minutes walk, i have been living here for nearly 17 years now, this house is a lovely area and a lovely family home, with a low crime rate, but its time for us to move on, i am open to most areas in devon, cornwall, wiltshire, dorset and somerset, please note, i will not view your home until i have seen pics of the bedrooms, kitchen and garden at least, i am serious about moving and finding a mutual house exchange, i do not want anymore time wasters
