3 bedroom new-build (7yrs old) 3 storey town house, Yarnfield-Stone, to swap for a 3 or 4 bedroom in Stafford- Closer to Stafford. We can exchange asap. SERIOUS SWAPPERS ONLY!!! **Our house does need decorating and carpeting**
Lovely house, Large Kitchen/Diner area (with a large cupboard with full sized door), Living room, downstairs toilet. Decent sized garden.
Second floor 2 large bedrooms and decent size bathroom with bath and shower.
Third floor large bedroom, with a cupboard space just outside the bedroom, then there’s a hatch with loft space within the room which is fairly spacious and can store things in, aswell as this there is the loft on the ceiling (although this space would be far too small to store anything).

Front outside porch light..
Back garden light also..

We do not have a driveway or garage unfortunately.
