I have a 3 bed property 1 large bedroom, 1 medium and a box room. Have a separate toilet and bath both upstairs. Kitchen is a decent size with a door that leads out to the large garden (100 ft) which needs some TLC. Living room-dinning room has a door that also leads out into the garden. Have a side entrance between the house and garage which belongs to our property that also leads to the garden. Good size front front garden with steps that lead up to the front door. House does need some decoration and flooring in some of the rooms.
