Separate W/C and bathroom. Huge kitchen. Large 100ft rear garden with no houses backing onto it. Private front garden with space for a driveway. Solar panels recently installed in summer 2025. New kitchen and bathroom due in Oct 2026, currently still has RTB. Surrounded by fields and woods with a lovely community. Pets allowed.Looking for a 3 bed house/bungalow in Cornwall, closer to Penzance the better due to having family there with support needs, however, will take what we can to be closer. Must have a rear enclosed garden and allow pets. Serious swapper and looking to be moved before Sept 2026.
