3 bed house in church hill fairly decent sized back garden, 2 double and 1 single room. Medium kitchen which can fit a small dining table in, 2 hallways which one can be knocked out to make the living room bigger as it's not huge, bathroom and downstairs loo. Porch with 2 sheds and a shed in the back garden. Parking is for all to use but there is 2 spaces right at the back gate. I am housing association so please message me if you defo want to swap. Rent is £551 a month and co-op are fairly decent at coming out if anything wrong or any problems. Right next to 57/58 bus route and close to church hill centre, dentist, hairdressers, docs, chemist, chippy and Chinese as well as a first and middle school. Neighbours are both great. I really need a 4 bed as my daughter has medical needs and needs her own room, or if you have a separate dining room I'd be will to swap.
