I have a 3 bedroom terraced with a living room a kitchen that is on the list for a new one a brand new wet room and toilet down stairs just had central heating fitted, then there is 3 decent sized bedrooms they all fit a double bed in and a large space at the top of the stairs where I put my tumble dryer the attic is all boarded and safe to walk on it which is great for a storage area. The back garden is secure with a 6ft fence the garden is a decent size. I just need to move closer to family for personal circumstances. Great neighbours. MUST HAVE A WETROOM
