I have a big 3 bedroom house new build on a lovely street . I have a big large back garden with new patio and pergola built . A front garden with a patio band new fence . Kitchen diner , to toilets , bath and shower , only moving due to travelling back and forth to stay in my static , im never here, I could go private but what to give my house to a family as it?s hard to get a house like this on this street . I don?t care about how it looks it?s just my second home , so will do anything that needs doing to it . So decorating is an issue . Just want to move from the city as I?m get retiring age so just what to be around other people more my age . I won?t mess nobody about if I say I will swap I will.
