I have a 3 bedroom house at number 49 with a good size garden with shops cafes bus stop just at the end of the road in a nice quiet area with a primary school just opposite the house. The main bedroom and smaller bedroom up stairs with bathroom and toilet and a single toilet right next to bathroom the 3rd bedroom is located downstairs next to the living room also have a basement or cellar. There is Roman Road market a few minutes walk away a big Victoria park just round the corner. The property was my mums but sadly passed away in aug 2024 and the property is too big just for me and for 1 person so thats the only reason for me wanting to move. I am looking for a 1 bedroom house bungalow or maisonette in clacton on sea with a small garden or a balcony.
