Iv a 3 bedroom semi detached house with own private garage, good size back garden, all 3 bedrooms are a decent size, very large dining room/ living room. Kitchen is small but can be knocked though into dining room to make bigger as most on my road have done. My rent is £177 a week. Right to acquire, assured lifetime tenancy.
