3 Bed house. All rooms are doubles. Smallest double has a cupboard but the rest don't. Drive way to the front and back has stones down. Kitchen is large enough to put a 4 seater table and chairs and livingroom is a decent size.
Upstairs there is a wetroom and there is an additional cloakroom toilet downstairs.
Storage is limited but manageabele. House is currently being decorated in neutral tones so it will be ready to move in.
I have gas central heating but as it is mid terrace it is warm so I barely need it.
Street is quiet with good neighbours who in general keep to themselves.
House is in walking distance to all shops, dentist, community doctors/ hospital and sports centre.
The sea is also just a stones throw away. Main secondary school is a 5min walk and there is a primary school a short walk away.

I will not be ready to move for at least a year due to my son still attending the academy and I wpuld also like to ensure the house is in move in condition.
