I Live in Imminggham and have a 3 bedroom property. I have a large front garden and a smaller back garden. I have amazing neighbours and if I could stay here I would love too. The properties in immingham are going through a course of heat reduction installations which should be completed by January. It could be sooner if all goes well. I am a single tenant who needs to down size as 1) the garden is too much for me to deal with. 2) the property is too big and I only need 2 bedrooms, possibly only 1 depending on the area.
