Weve been living in this house for 38 years now and have have any problems with neighbours or crime. My house has 3 bedrooms, one toilet and a bathroom, the kitchen and dinet are combined. I am in collydean but right at the very bottom so no houses in front of you so one of the best locations in collydean.
