Looking for 4 bed but will take a large 3 bed.Looks detached but is a double fronted semi. Newly decorated, new carpets, gorgeous 3 bed new build in Formby on new pinewood park estate.Downstairs toilet, large kitchen, living area and 1 very large bedroom, one good sized double, one large single bedroom.I have 6 children in here at the moment and we are doing ok just need a bit more space! Ideal for 3 children or less.Really gutted to hear moving but need to be closer to family for personal reasons. Excellent transport links, takes 10 mins to Ainsdale or 20 to Liverpool.
