I have a 3 bedroom semi, overlooking the water in Falmouth. The bedrooms are a good size, main bedroom has room for my superking bed and piano and still room to move about, main bedroom also has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is great for busy mornings and multiple people getting ready. The living room and kitchen/diner are a good size. The property also has a concrete shed that has power and lighting. The garden has a large decking area which is lovely for watching the water and boats and a lower grass area. To the side of the property there's a plot that we've covered and we're going to use for a veg plot, but large enough to be grass, patio or graveled. We are just a few minutes walk from lambs lane park, a bike track, doctors office, corner shop, Sainsbury's, Lidl, pets at home and McDonald's. Amazing neighbours and really quiet.We need somewhere in playing/carnon downs/ devoran to help care for family.
