This house is part of a new build complex that was built 5 years ago, it is very specious, large doorways, has solar panels on the roof, a bike shed by the front door, electric car charge point, and two private parking spaces, it has large windows that give it nice bright and airy rooms.
The rooms are all large, a large sitting room with a walk in cupboard, cupboard in the hallway, cloakroom-downstairs toilet, large kitchen diner, patio doors that lead out into a good sized garden with a shed, upstairs are 3 bedrooms, two very large doubles, and one smaller double, on the landing is two cupboards, one houses the boiler, an useable attic, and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.

Love this house but need to move for family reasons, and able to downsize as my first child is moving out so will consider either 2 or 3 bed, this house also allows under occupancy.
