I have a large 3 bedroom front and back door House ,with front and back enclosed gardens . With ferryhill school at the back ,so its very quiet . Downstairs large living room, storage cupboards ,bathroom with shower over bath and toilet ,kitchen is large and also has extra storage with pantry cupboards leading to back door Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, 1 is a double that could be split in two its so big , and the other 2 rooms are normal sized rooms that will fit a double bed and drawers , thers also 2 large cupboard for stoge also . Im looking for a smaller property as my lids are bigger and I only have 1 at home now so a 3 bedroom is too big for us , I want the same area as our child goes to the local school and I obviously dont want to move her , if your interested and have a house then please message , if you are in a flat please dont as I am not willing to give up a house for a flat , thank you .
