I’m just looking for my mum at the moment for a house for her to swap just to help her find one, I’m not sure when she wants to move out. We have 3 bed, one small box room to fit one small double bed with wardrobe and a set of draws. 2nd bedroom fits a double bed a bit bigger with a built in wardrobe. 3rd bedroom the same size as second. Kitchen, spacious living room small/medium size (between) and downstairs toilet, 1 bathroom and a garden with decking floor small roof for chairs and drive in there a fence on the end of the house you need to drive carefully because there’s a sign diagonally next to it and it’s a small drive but long enough for 2 cars only and your house hold bins at the back. My mum is looking to swap with someone that has a 4 bed house in Christchurch, a kitchen bathroom downstairs toilet and living room kitchen garden and looking to pay as a swap £600/£700 max
