I have an old build semi detached 3 bedroom house,kept in good repair,I have an outhouse and garage,a small garden in the back and front,a large grass area for kids in front of the house,I live on a private housing estate but I?m with Livewest housing association,I?m tucked in the corner with pensioners as neighbours all lovely and friendly,I?ve been here for 34 years,I brought my family up here,all grown and flown the nest.it?s near a nursery and primary school and secondary school 10 minutes walking,we have a small town,but bigger city as Truro is only 20 minutes away by public transport or driving,15 minutes to beaches,portreath,godrevy,gwithian,hayle,lelant and at.Ives.pets allowed and is extremely quiet here. I?m looking for either a 2 or 3 bedroom house,quiet area and hopefully with a garage/outhouse,NO flats or maisonette?s please.
