3-4 bed house in rural cornwall

I have a 3 bed house available to swap to someone in gosport or surrounding areas. I’m looking for a 4-5 bed house with garden schools local if possible.

My home is set on the outskirts of bude (4 mines away) bus stop is right outside practically. We have a large front garden and a smaller back garden.

The layout is you come through the front door and the living area is to your left with the stairs next to it downstairs we all have a kitchen, bathroom with toilet a boiler room and also the old coal store shed (approx 16foot x10foot) the back room has potential to be converted into another room but at present is used as a utility room with the fridge and tumble
Fryer out there. This room is also single skimmed but all the pipe work is in the roof to turn it into a lovable room.

Up stairs you have x2 very large bedrooms we currently have x2 bunkbeds in there and a cot it also has a toilet next door and a smaller bedroom that will fit a bunkbed comfortably.
