Here is my 3 bed house has a good size kitchen and living room with 3 little rooms downstairs one is where the boiler is kept but its quite long so you could turn it into a storage room the 2 other storage rooms are decent size one bathroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms back garden is very big front garden has got a decent space. I am looking for a 3 bedroom will consider 2 bed if it?s quite big otherwise 3 bed must have a drive downstairs bathroom and quite wide as I have a severely disabled child.
