I live in a very small square in Brixton, 5 minutes from shops and railway and 10 minutes from Clapham. I have 3 double bedrooms and a wet room with a large shower cubicle and modern showers. I have a large living room and a separate dining room and a decent size kitchen full of cupboard space. I have a balcony off of one of the bedrooms and a garden out the back of the living room with patio doors. I also have a downstairs loo and sink and cloakroom. Plenty of cupboard space in this flat. I have lived here 39 years and been very happy but its too large for me now and I need to move closer to my son and family. The area has had a large regeneration program going on and you can get to anywhere from where I live.
