I have a 2 bedroom property between Epsom and Epsom downs. Located on a quiet road along with nice neighbours. Parking is always available right outside property as it is not a main road. I live above a neighbour but front door is on ground floor and private. I do not live in a block of flats. Property also has a decent size private garden, downstairs outside cupboard that has electric in. Huge loft space available and also a small balcony.
