I have a 2 bedroom semi detached house in wigston on a quiet cul de sac, the property is close to wigston magna only being 15-20 minutes walk and around 5-10 minutes drive and is local to schools. It has a drive way and an ally way leading to the large private garden which is fenced off on the right and bottom and wicker fencing on the left providing privacy. One bedroom is large and provides a lot of space and the second bedroom is smaller but still a very good size, it allowed me to have a king sized bed while still having room to move around. The lounge is a spacious enough for a 3 person L shaped sofa while also having a comfort spinny chair, a cabinet aswell as a toy box. There is one bathroom which has a bath and a shower. The kitchen is slightly small in size but is adjoined to a a utility/dining room, which I have used for a breakfast bar and stools to create more space while having my fridge freezer and tumble dryer. I am looking for either a 2/3 bed house or bungalow in wigston/wigston magna or south wigston depending on how far into south wigston it is. I am open to a multi swap.
