I have a 2 bedroom council house with garden and separate dining room (can be 3rd bedroom). Central location, with good primary and secondary schools close by. Very good transport links and close to the new Elephant & Castle development, shops, gym, bars and restaurants. Small park opposite house with Burgess Park close by. On street parking in front of property. I'm looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house, flat or maisonette. If flat must have a big balcony for plant pots and seating area. Would prefer to stay in Southwark, but will consider other areas as long as there are good secondary schools nearby. Council properties only please.
