2 bed terraced house.drive will fit 3cars on it .
Large back garden
The Avenue is a small not many houses lovely and quiet.
Neighbours are lovely.everyonesees you says hello.even if you don'tknow thm
We have 2beds 1st one not huge but a good size fits a kingsize bedin.
And still room.
2nd bed is long and narrow ok for one child.
Bathroom is new 3yrs ago now.
New cgh done last year new boiler.
We have the living room which is a nice size 12ftx 12ft I think maybe a bit better.
Kitchen is not that big but does the job newly fitted 2yrs ago.
Downstairs toilet
Built in cupboard
Then the garden.
I would rally like a bungalow or house which has a wet room
If not a house we maybe able to put one in.
No flats sorry.
