Utility room with plumbing and electric for washer and dryer. Wet room. Solar panels and eco heaters. Gardens front and rear, rear overlooks field and countryside beyond. Very quiet cul de sac location. Near primary, shop with post office, college and on direct bus routes to Callington, Plymouth and Launceston. I need a 2 or 3 bed, if under occupancy allows, in the following areas: Liskeard, Dobwalls, Lostwithiel, Bodmin or St Austell, Fowey or areas between or around. Prefer rural or villages, as my son needs a quiet area due to his health, so nothing on main roads or too noisy.
