I live in the coast in Devon, close to Exeter City. I have a 2 bedroomed end of terrace house, quite area close to amenities and seafront. I have 2 toilets one downstairs and upstairs 2 bedrooms both large. Large kitchen diner and lounge area going out to a garden totally private not overlooked at all. Close to all amenities and bus stops in to town and city 5 mins walk. Doctors and Waitrose also. I am looking for a 2 bed house swap on Isles of Scilly ideally.
