Lovely newish build 2 bedroom house on small quiet estate in Winterley. 2 good size bedrooms, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. Under stairs storage. Comes with shed in back garden. Recently done low maintenance back garden with artificial lawn and porcelain patio tiles. Parking for 2 cars on the drive. We’re needing to move to a 3 bed due to having another baby and this house just isn’t suitable for 5 of us
