I am looking for someone who wants to downsize. I want to exchange my 2 bed for a 3 bed for my children. I am also open to other areas within Bury and surrounding Prestwich. I have a 2 bedroom house with driveway and back garden. Large bedroom with storage, medium room and large bathroom. My neighbors are very nice and have been here a long time. Location is great for commute to city centre, tram stations, walking distance to Prestwich Village, nice schools and a very good area. The house is not on an estate and neighbors are owners.
