My house is a 13yr old new build which is in brilliant condition in a cul d sac has aldi 2 mins away doctors surgery 1min walk away and lees village 5mins walk away. Lovely walk area with streams and field area within 4mins away and is a nice quiet area. Has communal garden and a drive. Lovely neighbours and is noise free from road noise. Good size bedrooms and kitchen including downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. Convenient and has built in wardrobes in one bedroom. I am looking for a 3/ 4 bed house which preferably be a new build too with garden space and a drive if possible in oldham area close to town centre but will consider other options depending on the house condition.
