Gas central heating with secondary glazing but stays very warm in winter (and cool in summer). Only a 15 minute walk to the city centre, 10 minutes walk to riverside and whittlingham nature park nearby. Very quiet area with lovely neighbours. Permit parking but not expensive at all. I have had a new bath fitted recently and the radiator replaced too. Recently decorated front bedroom and bathroom.
