Large loft, boarded, used to use as bedroom when grandchildren were small. Nice size living room and newly fitted kitchen. Nicely decorated throughout. Great neighbours. Close to shops, schools, doctors, tram stops, bus stops and about 3 mile from city centre.
We are wanting to move to Lincolnshire or surrounding areas, preferably 2 bedroom bungalow or 2/3 bedroom house.
