I have lived in my property for 32years sadly its time for me to move closer to my daughter..I have a spacious 2 bedroom speprate bathroom and toilet all on one level...no work needs to be done unless you would like to put your touch..there is a lift with cctv 5 local parks one facing the frontdoor 0ne minute to walk over..amenities are great shops gyms churches local schools pubs and for travel bus links are great two tube stations and trains.. 3 local hospitals healthcare center 5 minutes and 20mins from riversouthbank...it is a RTB property on top of all this it is quite as all this is on the main street I'm in the middle so lovely..if you go out the back it takes you oval if you go out front it takes you more camberwell so I'm in a great space...property is gas central heating there is a lift but I've never used it open balcony that looks over the park parking outside...
