I have a large 2 bed new build semi detached house in Helston. Drive way with 2 parking spaces, very large flat back garden with patio and a shed. Own side access to back garden with secure fence. Lovely neighbours. Open planned kitchen and lounge with a downstairs toilet and under stairs cupboard. Bath/shower upstairs and 2 double bedrooms. I have had a built in wardrobe made in the front bedroom. Need a 3 bedroom. I have a local connection to Falmouth, but would ideally like to stay in Helston.
