Gas central heating. Own front and back garden. 5 minute walk to two primary schools and 2 high schools. Local bus stops at the end of the street. Very closer to various shops and supermarkets. Lovely neighbours. Looking for: a 3 bedroom house only. If staying in Dundee I?m looking to stay in kirkton or very close surrounding areas (downfield/ trottick/ etc) due to my children being at school here.
