I have on offer a lovely two double bedroom property in which I only moved into April 2025 on Branksome. The house was mostly painted white so it's a blank canvas. The whole house was newly carpeted in May 2025. The house has lovely neighbours to the left and to the right where the house is semi- detached the house vacant.Upon entering the house there is a small space and a large understiars cupboard which houses the gas and electric meters. The house has a lovely big livingroom and a square shaped kitchen.Two double bedrooms upstairs - the main bedroom has a 3 door sliding door wardrobe.The second back bedroom is also a lovely size. At present, my three children share a room so it has two single beds, two chest of drawers and lots of toys with a lot of floor space.The bathroom and toilet are separate and upstairs.The front garden has a good sized front garden and a huge back garden with is south facing. There is also a paved area out of the back door which is shaded.We have a lovely outdoor space opposite our home, it's on a regular bus route and near amenities and good schools.I am looking to move because the property simply isn't spacious enough for myself and threw children.
