New build (2019) 2 bed house in a lovely small and quiet estate in Cricklade. Generous double bedroom and decent sized 2nd bedroom. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Very good central heating - house warms up very quickly and stays warm, so it's not expensive to heat. It's nice and cool in the summer. I have a nice sized back garden which is laid to patio due to issues with the grass laid by developers. It sees a good amount of sun in the summer months, and I've filled it with pots of flowers which look beautiful. Small area to the front and side of the property for flowers also. 2 private parking spaces directly behind the house, and there is rear access through a gate.
