I have a lovely 2 bedroom house in catford/downham with phoenix community housing and I have lived here for 11 years with honestly no issue,we have a 124 bus stop outside,schools next to us,shops,doctors and park.Im looking for a 2 bedroom in catford/downham as their are 6 of us in a 2 bed and my eldest needs her own space desperately and so does my youngest who is Autistic..I’m sad to leave this property but we are so overcrowded now..I have pictures if you interested in downsizing..we are desperate for 3 bedroom house out of London preferably somewhere quite and not to hectic
