A beautiful two bedroom home in Burntwood ready to swap with a three bedroom home. The house is situated in Chasetown, allowing for closeness of travel links via M6 toll road and on local bus routes. The property is in a little hot spot with a variety of shops on the local high street, such as a Doctors, dentist, Post Office and One Stop. The property is in walking distance to many of Burntwood’s primary schools - and the two local high schools.

The property has been occupied by myself and two young children since February 2025; however as my daughter is now 10, her and my 7 year old son can no longer share a bedroom, which is why I’m only contemplating 3 bedroom swaps.
