Mid terrace new build 2 bedroom house, new kitchen last year, own private secure but small back garden, own parking space, loft and storage cupboards in lounge, GCH, double glazing, pets allowed and secure tenancy, neat tidy clean and well looked after, will possibly decorate some areas before moving if where we swap to is also looked after and doesnâ??t need a lot of work/decorating doing. NO FLATS OR MAISONETTES, must allow pets and have own private garden , need either a 2 bed HOUSE or 3 bed for right area.. Serious swappers only and no time wasters or others asking to swap with a flat or maisonette as I will not reply, however Iâ??m happy to be part of a multiswap if needed to get what we need.. Need to relocate ASAP to Chelmsford for work commitments and other personal reasons.
